True Freedom

Ministry: The Place de la République is hallowed ground in Paris. In the center of the square stands a towering statue of “Marianne” the personification of the French Republic. In her right hand she holds an olive branch and beneath her are three other statues, representing the 3 values of the French Republic: liberty, equality and fraternity.
Sadly, the majority of the French people have never experienced the true liberty that can only be discovered through faith in Christ. “You shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.” (Jn 8:32) And that is precisely why EI and a team from Charis Bible College, Colorado, USA, are in the square.
We are utilizing a drama to convey the message of the gospel. Immediately after the 4 minute drama ends, our team rushes into the crowd, explaining its true meaning with onlookers. The gospel is changing lives in France today! Many will hear about how they can experience a freedom that the world cannot offer.
